  • Monitoring of payments and issuing reminders where necessary. Instigating recovery procedures against persistent non-payers, including referrals to solicitors. In this respect we would expect to have a clear mandate from the client on the trigger points for different levels of action.
  • To reviewing ongoing maintenance contracts and ensuring compliance with specification.
  • To receiving reports from tenants/leaseholders of maintenance issues arising and appointing contractors as appropriate.
  • To processing all suppliers' invoices, including maintenance contractors and insurance, approving and arranging payment and allocating to service charge.
  • To preparing quarterly accounts for clients, together with end of year account summaries for submission to auditors (if required).
